Bryan: the rotors are different on your car from front to back. I would go online to : AdvanceAutoParts.com then enter your car and under keyword at the top, type in rotors. They will show you all that fit your car.

SOURCE: What size rotors do I need to get for the front it 4 wheel drive and a 2.7 V6

You don't have the option to use different sizes?

Just goto the parts store or look at their site, but the main difference is you have to know if that vehicle is 2WD or 4WD to get the correct rotor!

Got 235/75R15 tires on rear. whats the smaller size tires could go on front.

Don't know if you have 2 wheel drive, or 4 wheel drive...if 4 wheel drive Ford would only recom/mend the same size for the front...with 2 whell drive you can run a smaller front size tire...but don;t know why you would except for looks...:) The size smaller than the 235/75/R15 is 225/75R15 and next smaller is 215/75R15 and so on... A lower profile size would be 235/70R15 or 225/70R15 and so on...I would not recommend using anything smaller than these...the smaller sizes don't always cost less anymore...

No 4/4 shift

Check the front axle solenoid. If you go to the parts store and ask for a 4X4 front differential shift actuator then you know what you are looking for. Common problem if it wasn't used much.

Replace front rotors on 2002 4 wheel drive

I am not an expert but yes i beleive you have to remove hub nut to get rotor off, also will need flat head screwdriver to unscrew internal nut before bearing.I also changed bearings while i had it all loose.

Have you a had a 4 wheel alignment done?If all four wheels aren't set to a comman center line it cause it to shake,a warped brake rotor could cause this also.

Remove the front disc rotor

The rotor and hub assembly are held together by the studs, you must first remove the 4-wheel drive hub assembly, then the wheel bearing nuts, and pull the hub and rotor off as a unit. Next lay it(back down) on a piece of wood, using a drift punch drive the studs out. Turn it over ,lay it(face down) on a block of wood, line the new stud splines up with the grooves in the hub and drive them in with the punch and reassemble. A set of dentist style picks will be helpful with the clip in the 4wd hub and a 4 lug 4wd nut wrench will be needed.
