My truck runs fine and all of a sudden it is like the ignition is cut off. It dies.

Usually it will crank back but if accelerator is pressed it will die. then after a while it will crank and run as though nothing happened. i replaced the fuel filter and distributor cap and rotor button. had the battery terminals replaced due to corrosion.

Other than checking the battery cable, check the fuel pressure coming to the injector rail. Tool can be purchased for about $40 at the parts store. There's a valve on the injector rail to hook onto. Crank motor and you should be getting at least 30psi fuel pressure. If not, maybe the fuel pump.
Also, check the Mass Airflow Sensor for any of the 3 wires being loose. Clean the MAF with cleaner (especially for MAF from autoparts store).
Next, check the relay connector connected to the positive battery cable, just ahead of the battery terminal. Mine became corroded and I experienced similar problems.

Check for a broken or loose battery ground.is your check engine light on? make shore the battery is fasten down ok, I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a loose battery in its tray moving around when I take corners.

Go and have a scan done on the trouble codes in the computer. That will give you a start point.

Engine died while driving, no spark, replaced coil, now starts, idles, runs well at low rpm, but misfires when accelerating. No check engine costs thrown. What should I check next.

Change your ignition module. The distributor is a weak point of the Honda, I will always change out the whole thing than just try the coil.

You did not mention which engine you have, so I will assume its the V6. What condition is the ignition system in ? Cap and rotor ?

When accelerating fast the engine cuts out suddenly then returns to normal multiple times. If I try to accelerate at a lower pace then it works fine. It feels like an electronic problem

Engine ECU is provided with a high RPM ignition cut off. Perhaps that is what is confusing you. When you accelerate at a fast rate, probably you get higher RPM's and the ECU cuts the ignition to protect the engine from damage.

Toyota previa stalled (died suddenly) while being driven it feels like there's a hiccup in the engine no matter how hard i press the accelerator it won't accelerate!

Ika, has it started back? If not, it may be a timing belt/chain broke. If it cranks, it may be a fuel pump, filter, pinched gas lines, or bad fuel injectors. It may be a problem in the ignitions. Spark plugs, coils, wires, distributor, coil pack, dist.cap, If it is not cranking, check ignition fuse. Check battery, wires, and whole charging system. If it is just dying on you and it starts back, it may be a map sensor, idle sensor or throttle sensor possibly. Need a little more info please.

Keeps cutting off after restart

SINCE CAR WONT CRANK. NOW IS THE TIME TO REPLACE THE IGNITION SWITCH KEY LOCK CYLINDER ITS BROKEN THAT WHY THE CAR KEYS WOULDNT TURN OFF CAR.DISCONNECTING BATTERY CABLES WITH CAR RUNNIMG WILL.SHORT OUT ALTERNATOR AND PCM.IF IN CASE YOU HAD TO REMOVE BATTERY CABLE REMOVE THE GROUND NEGATIVE CABLE FIRST.MAKE SURE ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS OFF LIKE RADIO. AC SYSTEM OFF.THIS WILL PREVENT LARGE ELECTRICAL ARC FROM BATTERY THIS IS ONE TIME PROCEDURE IN CASE ENGINE WONT SHUT OFF ITS A GAMBLE BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE OUT ALTERNATOR AND PCM.REPLACE THE SWITCH AND KEY LOCK CYLINDER DONT KEEP STARTING CAR BY DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY CABLE YOU WILL DAMAGE IGNITION ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.

The car runs for a while then cuts off it has 207 miles on it and runs like it has a mis in it . i have already changed the plugs wires and now im at a stand still between the crank senser and the fuel...

Usually a fuel filter will make it run bad and lack power, not just cause it to die. I'm thinking crank sensor. But usually a bad crank sensor won't cause it to miss. Usually when they are bad it will either run or it won't or it will just die and not start back up. The miss might be another problem.

My 99 ford explorer cuts out and dies when accelerating in drive

You may have dirty or clogged fuel injectors, may also be problems with the ignition system. Might also check the fuel pressure to make sure the fuel pump is working correctly.

If t dies hard - feeling like the trani is not disigaging when you stop - it could be a electronic part inside the trani.. This part tells the stall converter to kick in at a stop.. Not super expensive to fix.. But best done by a trani shop....
