Bare wires or loose connections somewhere shorting out the fuse. A very careful visual inspection with a bright flashlight (I use new led) in the dark may reveal issue.

Why the fuse burn and the car turn off , I change the fuse and the car turn on again


It sounds like a dead short somewhere in the ignition circuit or the "main" circuit. If everything else on the car dies (lights, chimes, instrument panel, etc) when that fuse blows, that would most likely be the main fuse you've identified. It's going to be a serious pain to find that short, and I'm sorry I don't have any real leads as to what it could be other than tracing the wiring back. Whatever you do, DO NOT replace the fuse with one of higher amperage... The wiring will surely melt or even worse, catch fire!

How do I stop my efi fuse from blowing repeatedly. Just changed the fuel pump and now that fuse keeps blowing.


What about your fuel rail regulator, which is in the tank with the fuel pump on some cars? Does it have a pressure switch/sensor that isn't telling the engine control module to shut the pump off when the rail pressure is obtained? If you turn the vehicle to on (not start) and the pump runs more than a couple seconds, like until the fuse blows, it could be either a stuck pump relay or worse, the fuel pump control signal. Pull the pump relay, add a new fuse and see if the pump runs with the key in the on position again, which it shouldn't. If it doesn't run, the issue is either the relay, or the control signal to the relay that is keeping the pump on all the time, causing the fuse to blow.

It sounds to me like the pressure is going to high and stalling or slowing the pump causing excessive current from the motor and blowing the fuse. If that's the case your old pump might not have been the problem. How's the fuel filter? That's in line with the fuel line to the fuel rail?

You don't have to answer the questions, just look into them for your own peace of mind.

Heater fan not working - 30 amp HVAC fuse blows out repeatedly when replaced. Where should I look for root cause? Have dash disassembled, but can't see any bare wires anywhere behind radio/climate...


Try unplugging the blower motor, heater control unit and blower motor resistor. Replace the fuse then reconnect the items 1 by 1 and see what pops the fuse.

Icp/bfc acc fuse keeps blowing


Robert,

Stop changing fuses. There is an overloaded / short circuit connected to the fuse that is blowing. You must locate and clear the source of the fault before continuing. Repeated fuse changing only causes more damage - especially if you increase the size of the fuse. I don't know what "icp/bfc" stands for - but you should contact an automotive electric specialist or purchase the wiring diagram for your car at an automotive supplier to assist you with following / tracing the wire(s) to find the fault.

Engine turns over,but no fuel pressure at relief valve.


Check the fuse to the fuel pump.
The issue is repeated blowing of the fuel pump fuse. This occurs randomly and without warning, normally when medium to high throttle is applied. Generally the RPM's will fluctuate briefly before the fuse blows, which cuts off ALL power to the vehicle.
Especially dangerous on a highway! The first mechanic found a TSB related to the fuel pump resistor, and its default location in the wheel well can cause premature corrosion. Replaced it and relocated as per the TSB.
You can bypass the resistor, it's simple and free. You bend pin 85 on the fuel pump relay #15, in your engine bay fuse and relay box. Good luck and keep me posted, at worst ti's going to be a bad fuel pump and your going to have to drop the gas tank to replace the fuel pump. When you bend the #85 pin from the relay, will set the fuel pump on high mode bypassing the resistor.

Blowing fuses jeep wont start


use a circuit breaker or paper clip with pliers so you do not burn yourself use paper clip as fuse unplug engine controll sensors 1 at a time and check if problem is gone after each one is unplugged an engine controll sensor is most likely shorting out if you have a map sensor try that first then move on to other components tps,fuel pump ect. till you find wich is fauly causeing short this should help you just be carefull with paperclip am saying to do this instead of blowing expensive fuses

Continuos blowing 15 amp fuse


for a short fix it will work, but more than likely will blow that too eventually, it is that amp for a reason and anytime you are putting a bigger amp fuse in you are putting less protection into that part of the system which could result in the parts on that loop to be damaged.

Usually if the fuses blow constantly there is a short that is doing this, my advice is work out what that fuse is for and investigate that problem than trying to bypass it with heavier fuses.

Fuel pump


there is a fuel pump inertia switch in trunk. this is designed to trip and cut pump off in wreck. if it gets bumped can trigger and cut pump off it is a button you push should be a sign on side of trunk showing it
