Heater blows luke warm and drive blow cold in winter. Antifreeze good rad flush done new thermostst

The vent door is not moving into the correct position to get heat or the heater core is plugged up, not allowing hot coolant to flow through it.

95 acura legend runs hot but heater wont heat up

bleed the air out of the cooling system. You cannot get all the air out have a radiator shop use a pressure bleeder for the job.

Clogged radiator

This sounds like your Thermostat is reversed. Check with your mechanic that the Thermostst is installed correctly. If you continue to drive the car in HOT, you may damage your Head Gasket - your exhaust will emit white/blue smoke if this happens!

I have a 2006 dodge charger v6 and when I turn my heater on it blows out cold air with a whistle sound what does that mean?

You probably have a broken blend door actuator, does it click over and over when you change to full hot or full cold?

04 ford escape new thermostate still no hot air blows cool hold it about 2500 rpm it get warm let off gas goes back cool

Check the heater core, if it's OK, check the thermostat again, but it could be the heat switch too.

Heater dont blow hot air can it be my thermosat

Yes it could be the thermostst. If you have no way to check the actual temperature of the engine and the thermostst hasn't been changed recently then I would go ahead and replace it. If that doesn't help you could have a plugged or restricted heater core or a blend door problem among other things. Good luck.
