normally 110 nueton metres. use nut lock and once you have torqued you will feel if you have to tighten it a bit more.

go by the size of the bolt shank the thicker the bolt the more the torque ,also use some form of locktite on them or contact adhesive will do ,if a 15mm head then about 65lb if 17mm then 75lb and 19 mm 85lb ,and dont forget the sticky stuff

Check your idle speed control valve situated at the bottom of the throttle body. Sometimes the valve sticks and will make the engine rev high or low at idle and the ECU can't adjust it properly.
