Question about 1995 Mazda Millenia
It means check your engine. Blinking is usually a case when something needs more immediate attention. If you do not have a scanner took of your own any auto shop will have one handy to read the codes set by your onboard diagnostics. This will at least tell you where to start looking.

If the car has individual coil packs (one for each cylinder) it indicates that one of the coils is bad causing the car to misfire.

Martin, You should replace your fan motor. One fan is for ac and one is for normal driving without ac. Your car is getting to hot. Hope this helps, these fans are available aftermarket as a whole assembly. Check out ebay I have seen them on there I have a wholesale company I buy them through.

When the CEL is blinking it is indicating a misfire. What you need to do is have the computer scanned for codes, as the car will set codes in the computer that will point toward the problem. Click my screenname, go to my Tips and Tricks, and choose the one about saving an hour's labor - it'll show you how to do this for no charge. Once you have the codes, post them up on here as a comment/reply to this problem, and I'll help you diagnose the car's problem.

Check with the help of a wiring diagram what a common circuit is and trace that circuit for a break or short. Your car is probably in limp home mode.
