If it starts no problem and runs there are 2 possible areas to look at
first is an air leak in the system ( in doubt as if there was air in the system it would not start first time)
The second is the stop solenoid control circuit
It may be faulty or the solenoid is over heating and not allowing the pump to turn on
(Most likely) Have an accredited auto electrician with experience on your engine and vehicle to test the circuitry for the start /stop system
