With a Hammer. No, seriously, it should reset just by it gauging the fluid level. If it doesn't, then it is probably just stuck, and needs a little help. Hitting on the tank with something like a rubber mallet should do the trick.

2010 Toyota Yaris ABS and Traction Control light are on and a loud scraping noise is coming from the front end.

Could be a collapsed wheel bearing or maybe just the brake pad warning mechanism. I would suggest you get it to a garage asap.

2012 windshield washer fluid low light came on but when I filled the fluid the light did not go out

A 2012 should be under warranty . These cars have to be scanned when lights come on usually because of their computers. It could be as simple as a reset, but I would take it to the dealer, or try running the fluid low purposely, and filling it up again as they may have a float inside the washer resevior sticking, Toyota is good to fix their customers up, if all else fails, I would bring it in. Hope this was helpful

What does a bracketed warning light with an exclamation point in the middle mean?

it is your "low tire pressure warning" indicator, it may need resetting or one or more of your tires are low in air.

If the problem is fixed you won;t have to reset it provided you haven't driven too many miles. Once you have driven too many miles you will have to return to the Toyota dealer to have it reset.

There is a little float mechanism inside the washer tank that is probably stuck or binding. If the wiper/washers work, you have power to the fluid tank.
Pull of the top and see if you can locate it. You might need a piece of flexible, fine wire to GENTLY help it along...

DONT DO IT! It has Toyota W/S fluid in it, its a lifetime fluid that doesnt have to be changed. If you can tfind a dipstick, dont touch your drainplug. It requires a complicated procedure that requires dealer only tools
