This is difficult to do yourself, although I have seen it tried with a long stick marked with the track width. However the accuracy needed is greater than you can get with DIY methods. You really need to take the vehicle to a front suspension or tyre shop as alignment affects wear, stability and steering.

Are there any front end alignment adjustments on a 2004 Camry other than toe-in?

yes
there all of the alignment capabilities available
At the top of the strut inside the engine compartment where the strut is mounted there are 3 bolts that are concentric so that by moving that mounting plate in a circle to new holes position the top of the strut is moved forward sideways and back covering all alignment positions of camber and castor
there is also alignment adjustments for the rear end and a professional alignment shop will always check and adjust that end first as it dictates the end result for a front end alignment

Front right wheel alignment

Have a front end safety check done first and repair / replace faulty units . Have a wheel alignment done but have them check the rear end alignment first as it affects the front settings. Worn bushes in the suspension arms allow the rear end to run side ways to the front.

Rear wheel alignment

rear wheel alignment should always be done before a front end alignment as it affects the front end settings. Get onto a good wheel aligner and tell him that you want the rear end aligned first as most ignore that bit as it takes time and you are being charged for it but it is profit if they skip it because you do not know about it or do not insist on it.

What can be done was told ther is no adjustments in front end of my car for alignment

all cars has to be align at a long period of time if you getting quick tire wear, the mechanic told you a story, only reason a vechicle cant aligned if front end been or side vechicle been in a car wreck or if you have severe worn suspension components it would be hard to adjust the camber or caster wheel alignment.go to another garage that do front end alignment.

We have 06 f-150, 60k miles we replaced the upper and lower ball-joints. Do we have to do a front end alignment

you should just because the geometry of the front end has probably changed, and an alignment is much less than those tires.

Steering wheel shakes

Front end alignment will fix this. Any time I have my front end aligned, I also have the tires rotated and balanced. Get your tires rotated and balanced, and get the front end aligned. Not too costly and you'll be amazed in how smooth it will ride after you have it done! Easy fix.

good luck!

HOW DO YOU ALIGN THE FRONT-END ON A 92 OLDS 88

You can't align the front end. It takes very specialized tools, training, and an alignment machine to align the front end of any vehicle. Take your vehicle to a trusted tire shop and have then perform an alignment. This is not a DIY job.

Unless your a front in alignment pro, take your car to a specialist, spend the $50.00 or so and have the front end aligned properly. If you're thinking of aligning your front end on your own, don't Normally this is not somehting that you can do without proper alignment equipment. Steering wheel turn to right, 1995 aerostar-extended

Something is wrong with the front end. Bring it in for a front end alignment (that could be all it needs) and have them check for problems with front end suspension components. There may be something that is worn out ( such as ball joints, or tie rod ends) that is causing the uneven tire wear. There may also be a problem from hitting a large pot hole, or curb, which bent something causing this. Tell the shop to NOT align the front end if they find that some components need to be replaced, as when something is replaced, you should have the front end aligned, and you don't want to have it done twice.
