How about your ability to ask a complete question when wanting assistance to solve a problem?
what are talking about?
what are you referring to?
what stopped working?
who is the manufacturer?
what is the model?
what is the year of manufacture?
sorry, I would have answered without all of the above, but my crystal ball stopped working.

Honda CRV Keyless Entry stopped working. Pushing any button on either remote does nothing. They both just stopped working at the same time out of the blue. All doors function properly from inside

Check the batteries in the remotes. It might just be a massive coincidence and the 2 stopped working at the same time. Failing that I would guess the reciever is the problem

Suddenly my radio and clock stop working, it was working for few day after it stopped working but again stopped working.

You could have a short some where in the wiring. If its an aftermarket radio see if you can pull it out and check to be sure all wires are properly done.

If its a stock radio then check the fuse panel!

Check fuses & relays, I doubt it's the motors because you said they ALL stopped working. Definitely check your fuses & relays

The digital clock stopped working even after installing a new one

This is a very common problem with many mid 1990 - 2000 model vehicles. I offer a repair solution that is far cheaper than buying a new clock. Check out www.autoclockrepair.com. I also have the removal instructions there, check it out!

Have the connections rechecked. There could be loose connections. Check also the ground wires if they were connected and secure.

Brake lighs stop working

Does the 3rd brake lamp illuminate? If so then your problem is multifunction switch. If it doesn't do the following checks.
Check for power to and thru the brake lamp switch itself. If you do not have power to the switch check fuse no. 10(20 amp) in the interior fuse panel. If you have power to the switch then depress brake pedal and make sure you have power thru the switch. If this is ok the check Fuse 22(20amp) with brake applied..
