Hi,dont know what code means but if you put lights on and try and start the car and the lights dim then it could well be the battery, put a multimetre on the battery, black cable to earth and red cable to positive on battery put multimetre to volts you should have a reading of 12volts no less therwise battery has had it,replace.
hope this was some help.

My 1993 dogde dakota would not start but it crank

Check primary voltage to ignition coil, engine cranking, dark green wire with orange tracer. Check the same wire at fuel injectors, that voltage comes from asd relay. I'm not saying the relay is faulty, check the crank sensor. Any applicable trouble codes?

3rd cylinder misfire code 73

Okay, a Honda. I don't see a code 68 for that though. Code 9 is number 1 cylinder position sensor-this sounds like a crank position sensor? That may be the problem.
If you have multi port injection, check that injector 3 is pulsing and putting gas into the cylinder.
A new fuel filter wouldn't hurt, but I doubt it is causing a problem in only one cylinder. Check for vacuum leaks. Change the plug for #3. If still no help, check fuel pressure. Doesn't sound lean, either, although if fuel pressure is low, it might be. Spark plugs that are white is an indication of lean running, BUT I doubt that your plugs have been run long enough to determine that.

P0068 throttle

Well code 68 is for a situation where the throttle position sensor and map sensors are not in sync. One is telling the computer the throttle is open and the other is not.
Code 35 is for a problem with a turbo boost or bypass valve.
You could investigate code 68 but if your truck does not have a turbo it could be a computer problem.

2002 Tahoe engine will not start

Electrical problems are difficult to diagnose in person without testing ...however, it seems that you may be loosing the body ground, causing power loss to the clock and likely the computer as well. As the starter is able to turn the engine, likely there is no problem with engine grounding. While cranking, the accessory side of the ignition switch should remain "hot" otherwise you would loose the clock every time you started it up. If it's not a ground problem, I'd look at the ignition switch itself to make sure it's not dropping power to ignition system while starter is engaged. on some vehicles this can also happen at the starter relay if an ignition bypass is used to provide hotter starting spark.
