Paul is correct, no matter what the issue actually is, and there are a number of possibilities as to what it can be, at some point in the repair work, in order to have these warnings reset, it's going to require the use of software to achieve it.
That can be less costly to you if you have a decent home mechanic in your neighborhood with access to some of the non-Landrover TestBook software but who maybe has one of the other software packages.
And there are some checks that a helpful friend can carry out using common test equipment, a wee bit cleaning fluids and a pen n paper, which can help keep the overall cost down for you.
The articles that posted on the problem you are experiencing are extensive throught the internet, so you are not alone !

Here's a link to a question similar to the one you have asked, I made a posting there which describes the simple checks to which I refer above and which I hope will be a little helpful to you:

Your problem is a common one with Disco's, so common in fact that it is quaintly known all over the world as "The Three Amigos"
Good luck , hope it doesn't break the bank for you

I have a 99 Discovery II and the Traction Control, Hill Descent Control and ABS lights have suddenly come on. What is the system fault or, in the alternative, how can they be reset?

Can't be reset if your ABS system or some component is faulty. check speed sensor on the wheel bearing, is there any rubbing or dull grinding noise coming from the front wheels? could be the entire bearing and speed sensor assembly has gone bad. this would cause all these faults to appear as that sensor triggers all these events in order to slow your vehicle while it downshifts itself and applies breaking to control the vehicle as a part of the stabilization system. The alternative is that the ABS system is not functioning properly and the trac control and hill decent systems are being deactivated as part of the fault. If the system cant apply breaking then the systems are rendered unavailable. the vehicle will stop but not using ABS just regular breaks. Check all ABS break fuses for damage.

you've got a bad wheel speed sensor or corresponding tone ring. take it to a dealer. they'll hook it up to a computer and tell you which sensor or tone ring it is and give you an estimate. you only pay for the hour of diag.

My downhill descent light along with tc and abs are on my disc 2

Hi no you can`t access the ABS unit with a MT 2500 snap-on machine you need dedicated software to get in to the ABS system on the Modis, the fault is usually as follows ,If you carefully take the centre console apart near the gearlever you will find the hill desent wiring is broken there are 2 wires that catch on the bottom of the linkage, when you have repaired them (make sure ignition off from start to finish of repair) If the wires are too short solder 2 same gauge extender wires in with heat shrink to protect them and then re-route the wires away from the linkage ,BE carefully as there are AIRBAG wires near there, the ABS lamp should go out when the repair is done if not you need to take it to a Landrover expert to diagnose further.

2004 Landrover Freelander stop/reverse light fuse keeps blowing

I had a persistent problem of hill light warning and TCS warning lights coming on for no apparent reason. There is a wire connection between the stop light switch and the control unit to let the system know when brakes are being applied. Changing the stop light switch cured it. The replaced switch was certainly sticking and the new one was of a different design. Replaced it myself as switch comes with a wiring loom. Need to get on your back under the steering wheel! Not very expensive. My car 2001 TD4

Discovery warning lights staying on after engine started

try disconnecting the positive side of the battery for about ten minutes. My 2000 neon was doing the same thing. If there is no actual problem, electrically, then the lights should go out the next time the computer does a check of the car. Hopefully there is no actual issue. See if there is moisture around or in your fuse/relay box or dash. I'm not that experienced in the electronics department, so that is all the info I can in knowledge suggest.
