Easy one, I say that because I did the same thing. When putting the new one in I missed one little detail. There's a small metal rod that is very easy to miss if you don't look close. It connects the inner handle to the mechanical lock, you didn't connect it. That's why the power and the keys work and the handle doesn't. You just have to take the handle back off and find that tiny rod. Once you see it you'll know exactly what I mean. Secure it in place, re-assemble, done. Glad I could help. Grimm
