Question about Dodge Ram 1500
It doesnt sound like you have sufficient fuel pressure can you hear the pump run? if so might be a pressure issue, if not probably pump

I agree with Russell. You've already narrowed it down to a fuel problem. Go the last distance and check the fuel pressure. If pressure is good, use a "noid light" tester to check the whole injector circuit. Just plug it in to an injector connector. If the computer is grounding the circuit, the noid light will be blinking as you crank the engine over. Every time it blinks, the computer would be pulsing the injector by grounding the circuit.
Another way to check injector ground circuit, without a noid light, is to take a test light with a needle probe, just your average test light. And clip the test light lead to the POSITIVE battery post, then stick the probe end of tester into the ground side of the injector connector. Now have someone crank the engine over. If computer is grounding the circuit, the test light will be blinking.
One last, unfortunately. Make sure your security system is not alarmed.

What is your fuel pressure with key on engine off? On these fuel systems if you do not have at least 52 psi or poppet valve inside the injector will not open allowing fuel thru.Let me know what it is i will try to help you.

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
When you are hitting the rail road tracks, the connectors on the throttle body may have been moving. As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you secure the connectors, be sure that they are properly inserted to lock.
You may need to secure the air cleaner too, make sure that it's not moving. Be sure that there's nothing hitting the wirings as well that can cause the car's sensor to move. These are common issues when the sensor connectors are being moved.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
