Color of wire to parking and side marker bulbs on 2006 buick lucerne

The park, tail, license, and marker lamps are turned ON when the headlamp switch is placed in either the HEAD or PARK lamp positions, or anytime the automatic light control (ALC) turns the headlamps ON. When the headlamp switch is placed in the park lamp or headlamp positions, ground from G304 is applied through the signal circuit to the BCM indicating the park lamp request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies ground through the park lamp relay control circuit energizing the PARK LP PCB Relay. With the relay energized, battery voltage is applied through the switch side of the relay, both park lamp fuses, and the supply voltage circuits illuminating the park, tail, marker, and license lamps. How to replace a headlamp bulb on 07 buick lucerne

My info says, you have to remove headlamp assembly to replace bulbs. The info says to remove headlamp assembly, you have to remove front bumper fascia.

I can give text and pictures, but, if you had a repair manual, you would have the info right there with you. If you reached a sticking point, I wouldn't be able to help, because I can't see anything from here. You may need a helper to help remove fascia.

Your local auto store may be able to get a manual for you? Maybe amazon.com or ebay.com

If you wonder why in the world would you have to remove front bumper fascia to replace headlamp bulbs, well, I wonder the same thing. If you see a better way to do it, so much the better, use your best judgment. The info is from my database.

Replace headlight on 2006 buick lucerne

Most GM cars are fairly self-evident. If it only the lamp you wish to replace, look in the owner's manual. If it's the entire headlight fixture, you need a phillips screwdriver and perhaps a torx set. Most screws are accessible from under the hood and other models from the edges on the headlamp itself. They slide outwards for removal, disconnect the wiring harness for both the headlamps and turn signal indicators first.

How to replace a right headlamp bulb on a 2007 Buick Lucerne?

put your car in park and turn the engine off. let it sit for a half hour to make sure all components and wires have had time to cool off. pop the hood. unplug the electrical connector found on the back of the headlight unit. push down on the release tab, located on the top of the connector, while gently pulling the wiring out of the unit. take out the burnt bulb (turning it counterclockwise of course). once the bulb is loose enough, pull the bulb out replace it with the new one.
