Which fuses blew? This should give you a clue as to their function. Get a wiring diagram and determine what components receive power from the blown fuses.

Brake calipar diagram

Silly, you don't need a diagram, just use a 8 inch c-clamp with the hook on the back of the caliper and the adjustable screw in pad on the outside of the outer pad itself and screw the c-clamp in till it stops to squeeze the caliper piston all the way back in to it's casting to give you the room to put it back on the same way you took it off. To remove it, jack the tire off the ground and remove it. Use the c-clamp to squeeze the piston back in, remove the to caliper slide blots from the back that the caliper slides on, pull the old pads out and put in the new ones, being sure they are turned the same as what you removed, then put the caliper back on, placing the slide bolts back in and tighten them tight, then put your tire back on. Pump the brake pedal till it up and hard again, then do the other side the same way. No problem. Happy to be of service my friend.

Dodge dakota problems

Yes, there are wiring diagrams.. they are specific for your year truck... use one of these... they will have the wiring diagram - since this is a ECM component, the wiring has to be perfect.. or you will end with "service engine" light on all the time...
