Question about 1991 Ford F350
That's pretty much it, it sounds like vacume secondaries opening while missing and popping or a bad mass air flow sensor
Sounds like a lean misfire condition. Have you run a fuel pressure test? Should be 55-60 lbs. If pressure is ok during idle and reving, Ttry disconnecting MAF and see if any difference on accel.

Testimonial: "Do you know where it is on a 91 f350, it's not anywhere it normally would be found. From air box to throttle body there is nothing, there is a TC sensor on throttle body and some kinda sensor under the throt-body on the plinum but other then that nothing I can see"
Do a fuel sample after it sits for a similar time. Water in fuel gives exactly same symptoms. Pour in a can or 2 of "Dry Gas".
