Fuse #13 blows when i put new one in how do i fix the problem

its going to be hard without a wire diagram. but a fuse blowing right when you put it in means that a wire is touching ground when its not supose to. this is offten due to a cut in the wire that is touching something metal in your car. your going to have to trace the wire from the fuse box and see where it goes

When I hook up my horse trailer to my 2003 Ford Excursion, it blows the fuse for the running lights. The blinkers and brake lights work, but that is all. If I change the blown fuse, it will only blow...

fix the plug, car or trailer, and check the wiring and bulb sockets in the trailer
bigger fuses are equal to burnt wiring harness or fires in either vehicle

My freelander front wiper fuse keeps blowing - can anyone help?

You have a short in the wiring. Have you had work done to it recently? Some times there is a minute tear in the wiring installation which, when it touches metal, will ground out the wiring and blow your fuses. Take it to the dealer to a repair shop that does electrical work. They'll put it on their computer to find out where the short is.
It is fortunate that the fuses blow instead of the vehicle catching fire.
