SOURCE: 90 k1500 tbi no fuel from injectors

from the sounds of it its going to be one of 3 things 1) the injector is bad or 2) there is no power getting to the injector 3) bad relay switch.

1) to find out if the injector is good. pull the injector out and with some wire ground one side and touch the other side to your battery, every time you tap the wire to the bat you should here the injector click..

2) if injector is good get a test light and test to see if power is coming out of the wires that go to injector( on some vehicles you have to have the motor turning over befor power is sent through wire, so have someone turn the key while you check the wires with test light)

Was looking at posts and other sites. I take it that some relays are even under seats. Anyway, Apparently the ECU relay and the ECC relay are linked. When properly operating the ECC brain sends a signal to the ECC relay and the ground wire is tan/green. The brain can be throwing the signal and the relay terminals are not receiving the signals, so the relays cannot switch.

Although you have replaced some relays, you need to check your plugins for these 2 relays.

1984 Mercedes Benz, 2.3l cranks, no start, not getting fuel pressure. new plugs and gets spark.

There appears to be a fuel pump, fuel regulator, and fuel filter between the fuel tank and the fuel air mixture device. Any one of these could be causing a low fuel pressure problem. Ref. fuel system page 3.

Road with a new fuel pump installed also new filter & relay pump cranks 65 psi pressure drops and quits, maybe if you crank long enough it might start, could this be fuel pressure regulator ?

What Make vehicle ? fuel pressure regulator could be part of fuel pump module . A lot of vehicles have electronic return less fuel systems an have a fuel pump driver module ,an is controlled by the PCM .

To check basic spark get a spark plug tester from auto store for about $5. Remove fuelpump fuse. Remove spark plug, connect to tester. Have a buddy crank car an watch for spark. Do this for each plug. No spark is likely a bad ign. wire or coil. Be careful not to touch electrical wire/plug while cranking as they put out a lot of electricity.

I have a 95 s10 4.3 vortec with no power to the injectors i have repalaced the pump and did a pressure test 60 psi new filter new oil sensor new fuel regulator but cant find the problem everything works ...

First, after cranking the starter, have your pulled a spark plug to verify spark and fuel to the cylinder. If the plug is dry, the injectors are not working. If the plug is wet, no spark. You can verify spark by taking the spark plug and putting the spark plug wire back on it, lay the plug down and crank the starter. If it's getting voltage, a spark can be seen ar the end of the plug. Assuming that you have done the tests and determined that the cylinders are not getting fuel, that would indicate a bad fuel injection unit. If found defective, the fuel injection unit must be replace as a whole. This consists of the pressure regulator, fuel meter body, injector, and poppet nozzles and lines, sometimes referred to as the "spider injectors" because of the configuration. All of this resides under the upper air intake plenum, which would have to be removed.

93 honda del sol will turn over but wont start. It has a new time belt, distrib, and the main relay works.

Is it not getting spark or gas? It needs both to run. Both main source. If no spark in any cylinder, then ignition module or crank sensor is likely faulty. If no gas, then fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump or fuel pump relay is bad.

Car wont start i have a new battery, new spark plugs and wires

It need to have fuel and sparks to start.
Have you check to see if there is spark after all new parts?
If there is spark, then check if it has fuel.

To check spark, hold 1 spark plug touching engine chasis while cranking, if there is no spark then problem with the coils or ignition module.
To check fuel, after cranking several times but no firing, take out a spark plug to see if it wet.
If it is dry then no fuel. For this, problem could be following in order:
-Fuel filter
-Fuel pump
-Fuel pressure regulator
- Fuel injectors
- Fuel injector module.
Need to go through troubleshooting step by step before changing the parts to correct a problem. Good luck in finding a good mechanic to test before spending money in costly partts replacement.
