If you have electronic/air ride suspension there will be air lines going to your your shocks. You will also have an air ride suspension light that may illuminate. Russell is right... Contact any GM dealer and give them the last 8 digits of your VIN number to verify your question

If you can see wires going to top of shocks you might. If there are no switches in passenger compartment , proably not. The best way to get all your questions answered at once and learn more about your vehicle is to ask chevrolet if they can decode your vin # and print it out for you

If you mean as a substitute for the Air ride there are conversion kits. Just look in your Browser and search for terms like "Lincoln Air ride conversions", "Rear spring kits for Navigators", and so on.
There are also shocks with Booster springs which can increase load capacity.
In addition, several companies do repair the Rubber bags and you can get what you need from Salvage yards to put your ride back to original shape.
On some of the cars with Air ride, I believe it was $300 minimum for a conversion, for just the coiled shocks, I believe $120 a pair. Anything for a Lincoln Logo you will pay more and often. I have not used any of these kits, so I can not say how good they are or what the Install price is. The Web is the best place to price out these parts.

4 lo is all the way forward toward the firewall or engine compartment, 4 high is all the way back toward seats. the second position forward from the seat would be 2 high the 3 position forward from the seat would be a nuetral position for the transfercase.
