Hi there.
Well you either take it to a Auto elect shop and let them do the job properly OR go to the wreaking yard and get yourself a plug with wires, and cut the wires to the size you want to be the same as yours and splice the same wires to each other ones [red to red white to white etc].

On my 91 civic all the seatbelts are fastened and the seatbelt light still flashs and the warning beeper is beeping how can i resolve this prob.?

My guess, the switch that is in the female end of the drivers side seat belt. The switch is bad or it's come unpluged or it's corroded. It's hard to get at without pulling the seat (four bolts and a harness plug). The plug for the seatbelt plug is usually under the carpet but if you pop off the plastic cover over the bolt that holds the female end of the belt to the car body there is usually enough slack in the wire to pull it up enough to see if the plug or wire is broken or corroded. If not, pull the bolt (it will be lock-tited in so it will come out hard). If the wire looks good, ground the lead wire (wire that goes to the drivers side female end of the setbelt). If the light goes out the switch in the female end of the belt is bad. If it still does,t go out, well I'd have to be there to troubleshoot it further.
Hope this helps.

Where does the red wire for the altenator come from??

It comes from the key switch, to activate your altenator, if its the big red wire on the altenator on a lug byitself that one goes to the + side of your battery to charge your battery. the small ones on a plastick plug will plug in on the side of your altenator that is your switched side to activate your altenator.

it might be easier picking up a plug at a salvage yard then just connect to the correct colors,if you have four wires two should be black and two white,

I have replaced the altenator and inline fuse and it will not charge

Check the stator wire plug. (one wire plug on alt.) If there is dirt or grease in the plug clean it out. If the clip to plastic plug is snapped off the, you'll have to cut the plug off and get something better cus chances are that the stator wire is not staying on good enough.
Also check the connections in the 3 wire plug. Make sure there is absolutely NO GAP between the female connections on any of the 3 wire connector. All of the wire connectors have to be connected really tight! And their made really cheep so they ware out. I had to steal plugs off another similar ford car to fix my altenator plugs.
Hope the helps! (look really close!)

Interior dash lights

you can go to radio shack or a place that sells stereo equipment and get an installation kit and I hope he did not cut the plugs off the old radio because it would be easy all you would have to do is plug in your installation kit to your old plugs and it will tell you which wire goes where most kits are around $15.00

98 civic lx where is ignition coil?? ++

IT'S A BLUE WIRE ON THE BACK OF THE CONNECTOR THAT WOULD NORMALLY GO TO THE FACTORY TACHOMETER IN THE DASH. YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE DASH GAUGE CLUSTER TO GET AT THE CONNECTOR. THE CONNECTOR WILL NOT BE PLUGGED INTO ANYTHING IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FACTORY TACHOMETER (DX, CX, HX ETC...YOU WILL HAVE TO SPLICE INTO OR CUT THE BLUE WIRE FROM THE PLUG. IT GOES TO TACH SIGNAL WIRE ON YOUR NEW TACH.
