The PAD ( Passenger Airbag Deactivation ) light is inoperable.
Could be unpluged if you have been working around there, or the bulb could be out.
Radio shack sells the same type bulb, if you are good with soldering it is an easy fix.

You have a direct short to ground. You need to find where the wire has rubbed thru and is touching metal. Check the sockets for the bulbs as they are very prone to corrosion and breakage.

In the engine compartment. Number 18 fuse (Powertrain Control Module, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pump, Mass Air Flow Sensor) location. 15A Fuse
