deepend on wich style wheel bearing you have, im guessing with it being a 99 its a unti bearing, there fairly easy to replace. thought im not familer with your car. a hayse or chiltons manual will walk you through it. you can get them specifically for your vehicle at most parts stores or on amozon . com
How are you trying to line it up? Did you do any engine work to it? Most have a hex on the front of the crankshaft that you can put a socket on and turn it with a breaker bar. If its standard and the belt is connected, you can also put it first and rock the car to slowly move the crankshaft.
