Testimonial: "THANKS. I mean the internal schematics of the control module. Specifically the cross reference of the integrated circuits"
Good luck on that one. I have been searching for years for internal schematics for BCM's, ECM/PCM's, Security, and all the other related computers for cars. Old and new. Manufacturers just won't give them up. You just have to trace back and find out what's not working. Resistors, diodes, transistors, capacitors are pretty much marked. Get to the an IC chip, don't bother with a cross reference, the have manufacturer numbers on them. Your picture show old set ups. Remove the scan tag from the chip and there might be a Chip manufacturers number under it. Problem with yours and mine, if a part is burnt into, it's a guessing game. I save every board I can't fix for reference. I fix mostly surface mounted computers.
