Check to make sure that the socket for the bulb is getting fire to it. If you use a test light it should get brighter as the signal pulses. If no pulse occurs then check the wiring all the way back to the front to be sure there isn't a cut or crimp in the wire anywhere.

Without lamps, front and rear, the flasher would not make sound and with a dead short to ground, the flasher would quicly click like crazy if not blow the fuse. replace the flasher, it could be defective. You may be able to swap the hazard and turn signal flashers for testing.

2005 pt cruiser signal blinks fast for right turn, bulb not burned out but will not turn on

see that you don't have the wrong bulb installed; if the socket is for a double filament bulb and you install a single filament bulb (and vice versa) it creates such problems. check the connections at the sockets

Pt cruiser tail lights front light & driverds door wont open

The headlight, brake and turn signal all run out of the turn signal switch. this is what causing you to loose those items. the door is a clip that has broken inside the door that goes to the handle, you will have to take the door panel off to find the rod that is hanging

Right turn signal blinking too fast

this is caused by either the front or the rear turn signal bulb being inoperative due to a burned out bulb or a defective bulb socket or in some cases a defective turn signal switch, the bulb is the 1st thing to check.

2006 pt cruiser on drivers side rear turn signal

The turn signals flash depends on each and every bulb working correctly. When one bulb fails, you will notice a change in the flash frequency, as you describe.

Replace or repair the bulb that is not working, and you should be good to go.

Sounds like your front turn bulb burnt out. When the turn signal operates fewer bulbs it works faster. You need to change the right front bulb.
