Check with one of the local towing companies. There's usually someone who is pretty talented with a "slim jim" who may be able to help.
The other way would be to remove the inside panel of the passenger door and study the way the actuator moves to open the door. Then figure out a way to make that happen by sliding a flat tool (that's the slim jim) down beside the glass. You'll be working blind so you have to figure out what you need to do, customize the tool, and then do it with your eyes closed.
It's actually quite fun!
