Question about Dodge Cars & Trucks
You may have a vacuum leak supplying unmetered air entering the engine. I would check for any disconnected
collapsed hosed under the hood. You may hear a hissing noise from the leak if it is large enough. Is the check engine light on? Scanning the codes may also give you more info as to where to look for the problem

If it's automatic transmission then check the transmission chip in engine area. It is little piece of electronic stick that corrects idleing of engine. Check all the vacum pipes too. Popably need to change it.

It sounds like it could be the fan relay or the fan blower motor itself could be bad. did it start out with some power on the other settings and slowly go to only working high? This happened on my husband's Ford and it was a known problem for Fords. I would call the dealer to see if they are fianmilar with this problem. It might not be as expensive as you think. We took the car to another dealer--non Ford and the same thing happened again. It is worth going to the dealer as they can guarantee the work and the part. I hope this helps. God bless!

SOURCE: fan control knob on a/c
I replaced the fan module under the glovebox on my 2005 Town & Country last night. Mine would not shut off at all with key on. It only blew on high no matter where I set the switch. Mine also had the climate control which makes a difference. If it is not the auto climate control it is usually the blower resistor if the other fan speed selections don't blow at all except on high.
