President Trump says that earned income level will raise from $1,070 to $16,000 next year? Is that true?

President Trump is well known for lying. So take what a liar predicts with a grain of salt. Who can take any economist seriously? Some are saying a "dooms day style" crash of our economy is coming for THIS YEAR!
Politicians, economists, lawyers, bankers-all are delusional to one extent or another. Most are simply indifferent, but a few are very venal- they are well known liars, pathological liars, like that Jamie Diamond, CEO of some big wall street bank, and then of course there is President Trump who has taken the art of lying to new heights, if that is even possible. To new lows perhaps is more fitting.

1999 Mercury Mountaineer 'check engine' light came on after a very cold night. checked oil and antifreeze. oil was 2 qts low and antifreeze was to the top. light won't go off

Fill oil up until the check engine light goes off. If it doesn't go off by itself, have the codes scanned by an OBD-II Scanner for 1996 and up vehicles. Then, if there aren't any significant codes, erase the codes using the OBD-II Scanner.

I have a 2005 pontiac grand prix with super charger it is giving a p0420 code. how do I fix this. It was giving a miss fire code a few weeks ago changed the coil packs and it stopped. Now it is runnin kind...

The code PO420 you have is Catalyst System efficiency is below threshold bank one. Usually replacing the O2 sensor that's the front most in the exhaust system will cure your problem,

Your Check Engine light is on and you find a P0420 code for a catalytic converter fault. Does that really mean your converter has reached the end of the road and needs to be replaced? A new converter can cost $600 to $1000 or more if a new car dealer or repair shop does the job, or maybe half that amount if you do it yourself. It's an expensive fix that may or may not be necessary. The problem, in most cases, is an emissions issue, not a performance issue that affects the way the engine runs.

A P0420 diagnostic trouble code is a "generic" fault code that is set when the Onboard Diagnostic II (OBD II) system sees a drop in converter efficiency. The OBD II system monitors catalyst efficiency by comparing the switching activity of the upstream and downstream oxygen sensors in the exhaust. The upstream O2 sensor in theexhaust manifold reflects the condition of the exhaust gases as they exit the engine. The downstream O2 sensor in or behind the catalytic converter reflects the condition of the exhaust after it passes through he converter.

The catalytic converter is like an after-burner. It oxidizes (burns) any residual fuel vapors (unburned hydrocarbons or HC) in the exhaust. It also burns any carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust. The exhaust must meet federal emission standards, and if a problem exists that causes emissions to exceed the federal limits by 150%, the OBD II system is supposed to catch the fault, set a code and turn on the Check Engine light.

Thanks

One headlight is not as bright as the other one

Is the focus of the headlight incorrect and should be adjusted?
Have you checked the reflective surfaces to ensure they are clean and the headlight glass is clean?
And finally - maybe the other bulb is of higher quality/light output. I notice a significant difference between different brands of bulbs sometimes.
