If it is due to water on the inside, remove the bulb. Then tape a hose over a hair dryer and blow hot air into the bulb hole until the water disappears. Reinstall bulb.

Passenger side headlight has blown 3 new bulbs, should i replace the fuse? or Check the connectors?

Check the connector contacts for a short circuit, with a tester. Make sure that you are replacing the proper type of bulb. Inspect the lens for fogginess. It might seem odd, but overfilling the coolant water, will spill out of the top of the bottle as spray and vapor. This liquid somehow finds its way unto the passenger side bulb connector, and into the lens, causing temporary fogginess and possibly a short in the connector. It happened to me.

One of my headlight is foggy and dirty on the inside is there a way to take the headlights out and clean them?

Nope...they are a sealed beam type and if it is foggy or has dew in it the seal is bad. You could remove the headlight assembly and wash it out but you will have it happen again.

Usually built in to the head light switch or could be located on or under the kick panel by your feet....

1999 taurus has foggy headlights.

Most Auto Stores sell a headlight solution that cleans the fogginess of your headlight. Assuming your headlight looks dirty and cloudy as would a pool, a simple solution is to pick up the cleaner at any auto place. That is a lot cheaper than buying a new headlight.

How to remove headlight lens on a 1999 ford taurus. They have become foggy and I heard some where you can clean the inside.

The lens isn`t removable, you can buy a kit from the auto parts store to polish them from the outside without even taking them off, works very well.Good luck

Adjusting headlights on 2003 honda accord

Further to Emmisionwiz's answer that worked for me - the holes are in the black plastic covering the radiator support, to each side more or less in line with the headlights. They are marked with an "A" and rotation directions for UP and DOWN. The Phillips screwdriver goes into the hole about 45 degrees from vertical and engages the adjusting rack, where the teeth of the Phillips screwdriver are the pinion. If you shine a flashlight down the hole you can see the rack teeth and all becomes clear. But you will need a long Phillips screwdriver and a little bit of luck.

In the owner's manual it says the lights are adjusted correctly at the dealership and if they need adjustment because of a trailer then take the car to a Honda certified mechanic.

I have a 2004 Accord also and the method is the same for that one too.
