Have you tried starting the truck up using Starting Fluid? If it starts and runs for a few seconds, you definitely have a fuel issue, and from the sounds of it you may have faulty injectors or fuel pressure regulator. If the starting fluid doesn't start the engine for a few seconds, you may have a spark, or ignition problem. Let me know what happens when you use Starting Fluid and I will help you out further.

SOURCE: POOR GAS MILEAGE
Have you changed the fuel filter? I know it sounds weird but a plugged filter will make a truck use more gas. The computer tries to compensate for less fuel by commanding the injectors to open longer. Also a plugged filter will cause excess back pressure on the fuel pump making it loud.. Good Luck.

sound like the O2 sensor or PCV... take the car to autozone and they will use the ODB reader on it for free.I suspect one or the other sensor. How many miles do you have on it?

either its time for a clutch job or you have a hydrolic slave cylinder issue. the fluid could be real low, you could have air in the system.
