Most ignition modules have two parts -- a low speed section and a high speed section. Your low rev section could be bad. Most parts stores will test it free.

WHAT!! Clutch is dirty so it is bad? what is the problem you are having.

A bad clutch is when the clutch is slipping, when you step on the gas the engine revs but van goes slowly or going up hills rpms go high and van does not want to go,

Transmission slipping 97 dodge grand caravan 3.3L V6 108,000 miles. when cold sometimes fails to engage for 20-30 seconds. Fluid leaks very slowly. I keep it full.

IF THE TRANSMISSION SLIPS THE FORWARD CLUTCHES ARE LIKELY WORN OUT OR THE TRANSMISSION HAS LOW HYDRAULIC PRESSURE, BOTH REQUIRE THE TRANSMISSION BE TORN DOWN AND REPAIRED OR OVERHAULED.

is the car is idling o.k between 750-850 rpm, before you pull away? if it isn't then check your plugs injectors idle control. if it is but the car move's slowly away and you are using high revs it could be a slipping clutch or if automatic transmission worn bands or torq converter. also check for breaks binding.
