Check EGR valve for sticking open. If problem does not occur when cold and first starting, check coolant temp sensor. Also could be sticking Idle air control valve.

Replace spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, and add some injector cleaner to the gas. Any change? if not it could be something to do with your ignition system, or fuel injectors, or maybe even engine timing.

Sounds like you have a serious vacum leak.; DTC 0174 and 0174 are lean conditions on bank 1 and bank 2, 0300 is random misfire. The only thing I can think of is a big vacum leak like the brake booster / vac line leaking, or maybe the intake manifold is cracked ... even a stuck-open EGR doesn't normally lean a motor that much. Start by checking for a vacum leak, if the motor will idle you can spray a little WD-40 around ports and lines >> if the idle speeds up or becomes smooth you on the right track in the area you judt sprayed.

System to lean bank, manufacturer control fuel air metering, cylinder misfire detected

Intake or vacum leak will be the first codes 174,171, try idle and spray propane around intake if car idles up, then intake is leaking, otherwise could be a broken vacum line, check with a gauge

Po302 po303 po316 code

The Codes 302 & 303 are cylinder misfire codes, google them

Spark Plugs have nothing to do with misfires,it would be rare in
a life time if one ever failed to fire

Forget the 316 just misfires on start up

I have 2005 f-150 Ford p/u with 5.4 liter engine. I have had truck at four different dealers and none can find out why truck runs rough, has check engine light, and shows only a code for random misfire....

the data for the code should show if the misfire is registering at idle or at a higer RPM. This is needed to know what could cause it. I hope that someone at least replaced the spark plugs so far. Next guess would be a intake gasket leak or a defective injector. If its running rough at idle start unplugging one coil or injector at a time. The engine should stumble a little if the cylinder is ok. If one does not change the idle at all then that cylinder is the one in question. Only options would be a defective injector, a defective coil, a vacuum leak on the intake, a bad spark plug, or a bad valve.

Runs fine off idle but at idle with AC on the engine misfires

theres alot of 2002 chevys of different kinds but they all can get a vacume leak the 3.1 and 3.4 even the 4.3 and the 5.7 blow intake gaskets. un plug the pcv valve and the vent hose from the valve cover to the air cleaner hose. plug the holes good with tape and rags till sealed if it runs smooth ar idle then the intake is leaking. Coming into cold weather I did then as fast as I could as there was always another one in the parking lot. Leak coolant too. about half and half, some both. a few were driven too far they were blown. Plug wires and injectores dropping out will do it too. but check engine light on with codes P0300 or any code P0301-308. Vacume leak can set all kinds of stuff from map senser, cam senser Egr back pressure, ramdom cylinder miss to certain cylinder miss. and the leak will be the problem not the sensers or wires

2002 kia sedona 3.5l has rough idle replaced plugs wires and coil

this vehicle has coil packs for the ignition correct? have you ran the engine at night with all surrounding lights outs so its really dark. spray a mist of water on the coil packs and spark plug wires to see if you have spark/voltage leaks jumping out from them. sometimes the tiny sparks will be so fine and skinny you can barely see them so it needs to be dark. hope this helps your trouble shooting. a coil pack could have such a fine crack for the voltage to leak from that you cant see it.

Car passes emmission test but fails due to codes in computer

ok code 0300 is a random multiple cylinder misfire. probably ignition related is my guess. i would check the coil pack and ignition module and go from there.
