Left side down steering column Fuse #5 15 amps, relay #8 intermittent relay... some time the motor burn because it been water flooded causing corrosion...

Its not a fuse,its a circuit breaker,its in your fusebox,look in your manual

well if the fuse is blown then the circuit is shorted and replacing it will just result in another popped fuse, most likely the motor is the problem from my past experience.
