Replace fuse with a 20 watt dc bulb to test system momentary
the compressor should be able to stay retracted/engaged all day long w/o a hitch if its drawing too much current then a winding is shot
connect it directly to battery and bulb and see ,does it clack an stay w/o over heating or does lamp just glow bright

It could be the dccv or the evap. discharge sensor,driver's temp sensor or pass temp sensor. Without hooking up a tester to read pids there is no way to tell. I would recommend going to someone that has the ids tester to read pids. good luck.

There is a very good chance the Dual Coolant Control Valve has failed. This is located at the botton right side of the engine fan shroud and has 3 heater hoses connected to it. This valve controls heater or AC temperature inside the car.

Your issues can not be answered easily or definitively, as the LS is very complex and all electronic.
I would need the stored codes,that set the check light (MIL Light)
You can cycle the right dash display to ACFilter and Reset,with the top row of buttons,in center of dash. There is no sensor on the Cabin Filter. All the dash displays, are just reminders,you can set any way you want, % wise.
-- Coolant control valve
You will need a really good Technician,not a general mechanic, to diagnose your problem
You need to put a professional scanner on it, to start any diagnostic work
