If the truck has a lot of miles on it I would replace the water pump . If there are no leaks around the pump and it's not leaking around the shaft bearing and there is no play between the shaft bearing and the pump housing ,the old pump might be all right .make sure you flush the system and could also put a water pump lubricant in the antifreeze .my self I would replace the pump with a new one . If there are no leaks it might be ok . I would also flush out the outside of the radiator while your at it.

My windscreen washers are not working but the pump is running I have tried to flush out system

if the pump is working then there is a blockage. you say you have tried to flush the system but have you checked and cleaned the spray nozzles of dirt, this is usually where the blockage is.

The best thing to do with a flush kit on a Montana is to replace a section of the heater hose with a piece about 3 feet long, that way you can install the flush valve and have plenty of room to work with it and the hose will be long enough that it won't kink from the elbows that they use. The water pump is located under the first pulley that you see on the front of the engine. If you were standing in front of the van, it would be the pulley closest to you.

MY 93 NISSAN 240SX WHEN IM DRIVING IN THE FREEWAY OR 2 TO 5 MILES AWAY OR WHEN MY ENGINES GETS HOT MY CAR STOP SUDENLLY..ANY IDEA?

A weak water pump, faulty thermostat, and or bad radiator. You can try with the simple and replace the thermostat and flush out the cooling system with radiator flush, just follow the instructions on the radiator flush bottle. Preston has a radiator flush product that works really good on cleaning up any corrosion, causing the restriction of coolant throughout the engine and radiator. If this does not help, then its and good chance that your going to have to replace the water pump.
Thank you for using Fixya and good luck.

Put stop leak in rad

the only thing I can recommend is to put in a flush tee not the hose going to the water pump but the one going to the engine open up the radiator and drain that first then fill with water get some radiator flush and run the car about ten minutes drain that out using the flush tee and a garden hose and run till it is clear with the engine running after clear close drain plug on radiator and fill with antifreeze and make sure to get all air bubbles out and you should start getting some heat and if you don't after doing all this replace the heater core but check the hoses coming from the heater core to make sure one of them is not plugged
