You need an antenna nut socket to effectively remove the nut without causing any damage to the nut or vehicles paint. If you are not concerned about nut chrome finish or paint damage, clamp visegrips to the nut.and it should release with minimal effort

Try a new antenna temporarily--just hold the mast base in your hand. Water can enter the antenna cable from outside which shorts it out. Hope this helps!

'99 Plymouth Grand Voyager fan switch issues

The problem is not with the switch, it's the blower motor resistor. The resistor is usually located in duct work near the blower motor. It will have 4or 5 wires going to it and is held in place with a couple screws. These things generate heat, so they put them in duct work so the fan blows air across them to keep them cool. Sometimes the plug gets hot and melts, you should be able to buy the resitor and the plug with wires (pig tail) from an auto parts store or a dealer. The resistors are usually about $50 the pig tail is about $30.

Where is the starter relay located? 93 plymouth grand voyger 3.3L New starter, but just clicks, will start after many tries.

Check drivers fender area, under hood, near strut mount. You should be able to hear and feel click in one of those relays. Check part #'s on them, they are usually same for 2 or 3, which allows you to use another to test circuit before replacing so you know.

99 Plymouth Voyager Rear Bumper

If you look up from under you should see some push clips. if your removing entire bumper with rebar & all, it's probably about 4 nuts holding it to bumper shocks, but be sure to look near ends at fenders for push clips , and or screws, and across mid section. watch it, it's pretty heavy with the rebar attached so make sure you have everything ready & remove nuts last, with some help to hold it up.
