If you are POSITIVE the bulb is ok you need to disconnect the headlight connector and check for power and ground with a test light. The system may supply ground or may supply power to the harness when the switch is turned on. If you are not electrically inclined I would recommend a pro have a look at it

Check the fuse box under the hood, a lot of cars have fuses for the head lights. Should be marked on the cover of fuse box.

I have a 2006 ford escape and the passenger head light low beam will not work. Tried replacing the bulb, and check fuses nothing is working.. what else can I try?

Both your low beam and your high beam is protected by the same fuse, so it makes sense that the fuse is OK if the high beam is working on the passenger side. There are 3 fuses for the headlamps. Fuse #13 in the Battery Junction Box (20 Amp). If this fuse is blown, the headlamp relay will not have any power and neither high nor low beam on either side will work (you will have no headlamps at all) Then there is Fuses #2 and #3 (15 Amp) in the Battery Junction Box. #2 goes to the left low and high beam and #3 goes to the right low and high beam.
The headlamp switch uses a SINGLE CIRCUIT to control BOTH sides at the same time, so if one side works, the switch cannot be the problem. The headlamp relay provides power for fuses #2 and #3 and we already ascertained that these fuses must have power since we have working lights on both sides, so the relay cannot be the problem. A replacement bulb has already been tried, so that pretty much leaves us with a bad lamp socket. (Most likely cause) or a bad connection at splice #S122, which is located in the main wiring harness near the breakout for the left headlamp. (RED/BLACK wire)

No low beams bulbs are ok fuses look good

There may be a relay that operates the low beam lights, check the owners manual to see if there is a relay, you should be able to hear it go "click" if there is one.

Low beams for chevy 2006 trailblazer are out is it the fuse or bulbs

check both. fuse is easier to check so check them first and if they are good check the bubs next. check for power and ground at the connector to the bulb.

Low beams don't work, high beams do. Can you help?

CHECK FOR A BLOWN FUSE UNDER THE HOOD. THE FUSE SHOULD BE A 10 AMP. WHEN THE LOW BEAMS ARE ON THEN THE FUSE WILL TEST BAD. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT BOTH OF THE BULBS HAVE BLOWN BUT NOT LIKELY. GOOD LUCK

Hi-lo beam headights, healdlights only work in one

have you checked the fuse? if fuse is good and still have the same problem your next step would be to have the headlamp switch checked.
