Your Blower motor resonator is bad...this is the only way it can get power when the key is off...this could cause battery drain also...your parts store can help with the location...first try unplugging the blower motor...this will turn off this connection, and confirm the resonator is defective. Had this same problem with A Park Avenue...Hope this helps...

Check the cable going into the door. There could be shorted wires there.
With the door open, press the door switch by hand to see if it's the switch or the door cable.
Hope this helps.

check the actuator motor on the heater it opens and closes the doors for the heater and ac.

Heater runs all the time, even when heat turned to off, no ac either anymore. this is on a 1999 ford f150

sounds like an issue with your diverter door under your dash is stuck in heat mode. When you turn on a/c, the door should close off the heater core section and open up and let your evaporator (a/c) open . You will have to figure out if its your controller or the door. Older units used cables and had no issues. Yours probably has electronic control /motors, etc.

Heater blows only cold air

Air Temperature Control Blend Door Failure No Heat or no AC (dependes on where door sticks)

In all modern cars there is a tiny DC electric motor driven gear drive that moves a plastic door that blends heated and cooled air from the AC and the heater core, this is called (interestedly enough) the air temperature control blend door actuator. The motor that moves this door fails because the door starts sticking from warping, most common complaint is no heat but it can be no AC as well. To replace these parts (blend door and blend door actuator) you must remove the entire dash from the car. Always have this problem confirmed by a dealer or qualified repair shop as it is a very expensive repair.

Other causes of no heat in the cabin are engine thermostats that are stuck open (engine runs cold) or air bubbles in the cooling system.

A/C will only blow through defrost vents

Common question on this site. On late model cars, the vents are controlled by blend door motors. Small electric motors open and close doors to direct air flow.
Chances are you have a blend door that is stuck or a failed motor.
The default position is the defrost to make sure the windshield is always clear.
Someone will need to look behind the dash to see if all of the doors will move on demand.

The heater is blowing constant hot air even if you put the temp control on cold. Is this the heater blendor motor and where is it located?

it's an air door actuator and located at top right hand side of heater/vent module. basically, where the front passenger puts their feet about

2005 grand caravan front heater and defrorst not working ,rear heater is working . i also hear a hissing noice on the passenger side

Just a suspicion: hissing noise comes from failed/jammed/malfunctioning motor to move the door
in the ducting to route heated air to the hoses/ports for "heater" and "defrost."
Problem: failure of motor/linkage to heater/defrost selector door under the dash on the passenger side.
Also sounds like you have not blown fuse to this selector door.
Also - hissing noise could be air being forced against the closed door (which should be open) - in this
case, you'd want to check the fuse to the heater/defroster actuator door.
The rear heater works since its function is not related to the operation of the front heater/defroster.

My 2005 Kia Sedona heater is blowing cold air even when temperature knob is turned to hot. Friend of family looked at it and said it was the "blend door actory wayer" -- but he was not sure how to...

yes, actuator--black box with motor and gears inside that rotates the blend door. I think yours is right on the front of the heater box, to the right of center under dash. Remove actuator and check door for proper operation. If it opens and closes smoothly by hand, replace the actuator. If the door is sticking, you will probably have to take the heater box out of the car, split it open, and repair whatever is keeping it from opening.

F-250 Heater hot air ouput overwhelms A/C

under the dash is a air control door. It switches the air flow from hot to cold. Sounds like it is stuck part way open. usually those doors are controlled by vacuum motor. The problem could be the dash control or the door. Seldom is it the wiring (vacuum lines) in between.

Hatch door not opening & inside window moisture

pull the rear interior cover from the door and check to see if the latch rod clips are broken or misadjusted. the moisture could be a result of a failed heater core, poor defroster operation (A/C not working, vent door, or blower motor), or the window seal could be defective.
