Question about 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora 3.5
Out the blue she just won't crank. All power still works but when I turn the key it all goes off! Got the battery charged and it's good. Tried hitting the starter but no go, it's not making any noise. now while trying to start it we noticed the fuse was hot, it's cased in a metal casing but reads to be a 30 amp. I replaced it with a normal green 30 one twice and both blew both! What am I missing?

Sounds like the starter or solenoid is drawing too much power. Measure the power if you can. Measure the battery voltage while trying to start. If the battery voltage drops to less than 10V, the starter or solenoid probably has a bad winding.
Hope this helps.
