Cigarette/radio is a 15amp fuse located in the panel, middle row, bottom fuse. Basically you have 3 colums and 4 rows of fuses in there.

There are 2 possible areas. 1 is the fuse box beside your left foot. 2 would be in the engine compatment on the right.

Your fuses on the '93 Camry are usually located behind the coinbox panel on the dashboard, somewhere near your knee.
...and the major fuse links are in the engine bay, under a secured cover next to the battery:

cigarette lighter & radio fuse should be a 15 amp fuse in the interior fuse panel listed as; 15A CIG if you need a wiring diagram let me know if you have an audio system with an integral amplifier or separate amplifier.
