SOURCE: how to replace trunk stabilus

Hi,

you need to remove the mounts which hold the gas strut to the trunk.
Once these are off you can then press/or pull the small black clip out to remove it from the strut.
But when you buy the new struts for the trunk they should come with the new mounts.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need more information.

Thanks

Jason

SOURCE: how to repair/replace windshield washer nozzle jet in 2007 Toyota Camry

Before you do that first try cleaning the jet (small hole) with a fine wire . A good place to get thin wire is from an old piece of lamp flex.

You could also try detaching the plastic tube from the back of the nozzle, under the hood, and then blowing compressed air at the hole on the outside.

My saturn sc1 1999 stopped spraying washer fluid out of the driver side, the passenger side sprays fine. How can I fix this?

Sounds like the rubber hose broke between the Tee fitting and the spray nozzle. If the nozzles are between the hood and windshield, you may have to remove the wiper arms and the panel under the windshield to get to the hose.

How to remove windshield washer pump

sounds like the spray nozzles are clogged you can usually remove them and soak them in soapy water or spray water through it with a sprayer on the end of a hose. if that doesn't solve it then you may have a cracked line or the pump that pumps it out may be broken but usually is the nozzles are clogged.

Steel wheel or Mag?

1. Steel maybe rusted on.
2. Either can be jammed by grit and mud.

Have a 93 XJ6 jag that AC clutch will not kick-inbut fuse in fuse block is good but no juice @ clutch connection

Hi Steve, Have the gas pressure checked in the system. If the pressure is low a safety switch will stop the AC from engaging! Regards John

I think my van has a clogged windshield nozzle. The wiper fluid comes out but doesn't even squirt high enough to hit the windshield.

First try to clean out the squirter nozzles.Take a very small wire, sometimes a staple works great, and stick it into the nozzle to clear any debris. Then try to spray it again. If this didn't solve the problem and the debris is cleared, then you either have a weak or blocked pump, which is located on the washer reservoir itself.Hope I could help!!! Rate me accordingly!! Thanks!

Washer Fluid will not spray out onto windshield/windscreen. Is it the motor or should I try a fuse first?

Try removing the hose from the spray nozzle and see if it comes out of the hose if it does, then it's just clogged.. If it does, use an air blow gun on the outside of the nozzle spraying inward to remove the clog. Otherwise start with the fuse, and then try the same thing. If nothing happens, then I'd suggest replacing the washer pump (motor).

Driver's side windshield washer will not work.

Probably not frozen or both sides would not work. Remove the hose where it attaches to the spray nozzle. Try the pump again. If solution comes out then all you need to do is unplug the spray nozzle. Hook the hose back up. Use a very small pin that you can place into the spray nozzle hole. Gently insert it in to the spray nozzle and work it around a little. Try the pump again and you should get solution flowing again.

Remove the windshield wiper motor for access to the top bolt. Use a 13mm dogbone with a pipe or similar for leverage. They used locktite on the bolts,so it's a bear to get loose. This job is a real P.I.T.A. Good luck.
