SOURCE: 1993 honda accord/ dont know

Sounds like the ignitor in the distributor has gone bad. The cheaper way out is just buying a good used distributor from the bone yard. I've had this same problem several times on these Hondas.

I have Honda Accord the engine light is on and rune no more then 3500rpm

If it is a safety feature on your car, then its there to prevent you from revving above a certain RPM and blowing your engine before it can properly warm up for higher speed. Or...
It is the indication light that indicates there is a sensor not responding which will retard the performance of your car(power,fuel,heating,cooling,...) You can do a diagnostic test at Honda or you can try and trace the sensor yourself.1.check to see that none of the sensor plugs are not loose. 2. When your car does it again, remove the sensor plugs one at a time(remember to replace them if it changes the performance of the engine/car at that stage as it is not that sensor that is faulty) continue testing the sensors till the plug you pull out has no effect to the car and that is most probably the faulty sensor. Good luck

Code P1139 popped up in my 2000 Honda Accord. Changed the 02 Censor and spark plugs. Check engine light still flashes and is miss firing somewhere. Won't turn over at all.

the code refers to the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) and not the O2 sensor which is a different sensor
It is a generic code and refers ti injector and fuel problems
The misfiring can be from injectors as well as plugs so check for fuel pressure and blocked fuel filter

My 1993 honda accord sputters when accelerating

If you can't answer when the last time you changed the fuel filter it might not be a bad idea to change it. It could also be a vacuum leak as older cars ran on vacuum controls for emissions and things like that. listen for a possible whistle when accelerating or air being sucked in like a vacuum cleaner. Could also be a bad map sensor, or O2 sensor.

Check engine lite on,o2sensor down stream replaced,315.00 to fix.one day later check engine back on again? 2005honda accord

This can be another 02 sensor malfunction or it could be you are having misfires and your not feeling them, also the catalitic converter may be going out it can be tested with a infraded heat gun to see if it's changing tempiture from one end to the other if it is it's working if not it is failing also the upstream 02 sensor may be decteting a firing proble now that the new one was replace, they get whats called lazy 02 sensor after a certain amount of time. If you want more help let me now.

1991 Accord Code 43 reading

The o2 sensors because the car may have more than one, are located before the catalic converter, they look like spark plugs with 3 or more cables running from the top, scan the car to check for other codes.

Flashing green s on the dash

A green flashing "S" is similar to a check engine light. It is telling you that something in or on your transmission is not functioning correctly, such as the speed sensor or shift control solenoids. If it starts flashing and the speedometer stops working or the transmission shifts weird, take it to a mechanic.
