Unless there is a lawful advisory that says to stay off the roads, or the roads are closed or are impassable. You are expected to be there unless court is cancelled.

If you look on your jury summons or go to the county web page, it will give you a list of reasons why you can be excused. HOWEVER....jury duty is an honorable thing to do for any citizen.
Section 22(b). No citizen shall be disqualified from jury service because of s.x, but the court shall excuse any woman who requests exemption therefrom before being sworn as a juror.
