Hi,if the fuse is the right fuse and still blows then there must be some thing wrong with the washer motor or one of the components.
best of luck.

Vauxhall combo van keeps on blowing the windscreen wiper fuse what can it be it works for round about 10 mins then blows again

Sounds like the circuit is being overloaded , have you had any rescent add ons like an alarm or remote start maybe even a new stereo? If no to any add ons you may want to move the wipers off the windscreen and run them for the ten minutes see if the fus still blows. If it does you may want to look into the mechancal arms of the wipers these contain ball and neoprene bearings these can be simply visually inspected . And made sure everythig is tight and appears in order.

My wiper fuse on my transit keeps blowing when on intermediate

To blow the fuse it has to be drawing a higher current. Are you using the correct AMP for the wipers? I would try lifting the wipers off the windscreen and see if the fuse still blow (less friction) if it still blows the problem is the motor could be on its way out or they mechanisms are "sticky" if they work fine then replace the blades and give the windscreen a good clean. You could (at some minimal risk) put a fuse in with +5 AMP higher than recommended.

Yes my fuse for my wipers keeps blowing and my wipers turn on when i plug fuse in even know the wipers are turned off.

The power distribution box in the engine compartment # 6 , 30 amp mini - fuse , front wiper motor , front wiper relay , front washer pump , FEM ( also # 7 , 25 amp mini - fuse , rear wiper etc. ) The owners manual shows to disconnect your battery cables before servicing anything in the PD BOX

your relay could be shorted which makes the fuse keep blowing

Front windscreen wiper wont stop why its a mitsubishi lancer evo4 i was touching the windscreen washer pump which had ceased working wipers came on and wont stop have to take the fuse out to stop them

Most cars turn on the wipers when the washer pump is turned on. Look for a stuck switch or relay in the washer circuit. It seems that the wipers think that the washer is on.

Wiper fuse keeps blowing intermittently.

It looks like the wire circuit for the wiper motor is touching the car body when shaken so the only thing you can do is shake the wires and terminals yourself while engine is running then maybe you can pinpoint where the earthing is.

Windscreen Wipers Not Working.

Hi
Expect you have blown the fuse !

Get a torch.
Look under the dash foot well panel, and lift off the fuse box cover, on the back of the cover look for wiper pic, this will show you the fuse location.
Pull out the fuse, with the little red tong tool, that should be in the fuse box, or just your fingers.
You should see the little bridge wire melted across the top of the fuse ?
You should have a spare fuse in the fuse box.
Put it in, and switch on the wipers !

Good Luck !

Please give me a FixYa rating, I wan´t to be a Guru !
