Not a great idea to disable anything that has to do with safety . and if you did would you forget to take to mechanic . DOUBTFUL

Will pulling the fuse disable the airbag's?

Yes, but if the cars control system monitors it you may get a constant, annoying, unrelenting alarm. I tried this on a Buick with a big ABS brake problem (panic stops cause loss of ALL brakes, the ABS was over-reacting on dry, smooth pavement) but the dashboard would not stop sounding the alarm of loss of the Traction Control system, I even let it go to see if it silenced after a period, but it kept up for minutes.

When I brake my Honda Civic 1997 I hear a jackhammer noise. It's off and on. Just got car back from mechanic. Why the noise? He did my brakes .

Do not drive this car till you check the wheel nuts ,if their tight take it straight back as it could be a brake pad not fitted right but i suspect the wheel nuts

ABS brake noise at every braking; Also sometimes the warning lights(AWD Disabled) comes on while driving and other times the lights don' come on;;AWD still works tho.

Sounds like you need new brake pads , when the pads get worn it triggers the warning replace the brake pads reset the computer this should fix the noise and the warning lights.

Abs light comes on when driving

It's around a 200-250 dollars per wheel to repair assuming it's wheel speed sensor. If it's the ABS Control Module it's big bucks. Dealer wants 55.00 just to read the code. If you can do it yourself than have the code read at an Autozone and buy the part online. I didn't want to deal with fixing it myself and throwing money into a 13 yr old van thats transmission can explode at any time (I'm on my 3rd). I just pulled the "L" 60A fuse from the engine compartment which disables the ABS. The brakes work fine without ABS. The light will still go on shortly after you start it but this disables the Mechanical ABS test that starts when you hit 4 MHP. The test makes all kinds of noise and messes with the brake pedal temporarily. Everytime I get down to the end of my street it went off, scared the **** out of my teen drivers. Now the only annoying thing is the light but I can live with that.

My granddaughter's 1997 Pontiac Grand Am is having brake failure at low speeds. When rolling up to a stop sign or using the brakes to control speed through a parking lot, a rattling/knocking noise begins...

sounds like a bad speed sensor in a wheel, or possibly a tire mismatch (different size tires on car front to back or one odd one) Abs can be turned off and will work in normal non-abs mode by pulling the appropriate fuse...This may help 'till you get it figured out.

2002 Suburban 1500 - ABS Light On

No doubt the control module is out, and it continue to operate when the ignition key is off due to a circuit fault. You can disable it easily by pulling the 60 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box (it is listed on the panel as ABS). Note that this disables the ABS braking feature and traction control, so be very careful when driving. The part can be purchased on the GM global parts site, about $600-$700 for the module. This will be the second time this has gone out for me and GM is not sympathetic, rather "pathetic", for a part to fail so often.

Traction light stays on as well as my abs would come on and stays on and clicking noise during braking.

Sounds like you have a problem in the front brakes or a front wheel speed sensor. A common cause for a Traction light is a faulty front ABS wheel speed sensor or harness. When the Anti lock brake computer sees a problem in the ABS syetm, it disables traction control as well.
