Question about 2003 Toyota Camry

I mistakenly reversed polarity on my 2003 toyota camry,

I installed a new battery, however, nothing happens when I try to start the car. No light on the dash and none of the power windows, seats, horn, etc. are working

Unfortunately when the battery is hooked up backwards it usually does a lot of damage. There are diodes installed multiple locations and most of them probably fried. If your door looks work the main fuse must be ok. Check all fuses first; this car may need professional help.

It has to go on a scanner and see if you trashed any computers on the car. Computers don't like electricity coming threw the back door. Newer one cars have protection from this. Older ones die.

It shouldn't need to be reset. Are you sure the battery is good and that it's installed properly (correct polarity)?

2005 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder intermittently won't start

try starting the car and while running disconnect the negative battery cable,if the car still runs turn on the head lights,if the car dies the alternator is weak. I think its weak and can charge the battery as long as the lights are off,but cant keep up when theyare on. so if drive most of the time in the day time you are ok as long as you dont have to start the car too many times. when you drive with the lights on and the engine slows to an idle like when you park the car dies. make sense?

Installed battery - to + (Reverse)

IF U REVERSED POLARITY, UR PROBABLY GOING TO HATE URSELF!!! RED WIRE IS ALWAYS + AND WHITE WIRE IS ALWAYS -. WHEN THERE IS A BLACK AND RED WIRE PRESENT, RED IS ALWAYS + AND BLACK IS -. CONNECT UR BATTERY WIRES PROPERLY AND HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING WILL WORK FINE, IF NOT, CHECK UR FUSES...IF THEY'RE GOOD, THEN THE COMPUTER MOST LIKELY GOT FRIED...

Car won't start even after new battery purchase

Alternator problem, the alternator charges the battery when car is running, so it has probably died now. Was working at reduced capacity for a while, which is why you were only getting a partial charge for some time. Now you have an open circuit completely as alternator has failed completely, time for a visit to an auto electrician. PS replacing acid in battery with distilled water is not a good idea. It probably was time for a new battery anyway.
