Check to make sure the front stabilizer link or links are not broken. These are designed to control body roll in corners

How do you replace the o-ring on the gas vapor line on a ******* zero turn?

I could be wrong, but I deal with internal o rings all the time, for cars. Get a paper clip, straighten it out, file down one end kind of sharp. Put a small (1/8 inch) bend on both ends. Use the sharp end to remove the O ring. use the dull end to push and pull it back into it's slot. Put the O ring in. Push that end past the slot, until the front of it come to the slot. Push the front into the slot and start pulling the rest of the o ring and pushing in the slot at the same time. Best way I found to do it. And it will go...

Front is making noise when I turn

Check your wheel bearings and ball joints. Checking the wheel bearings: stand next to the front tire, crouch down, put your hands on the top of the tire, and try to rock the top of the tire by pushing the top of the tire away from you and pulling the top of the tire toward you (rock it hard and fast). do both front tires. Any noise or sideways movement of the tire is bad, (Bearings are worn) and needs to be repaired. Then, stand at the front corner of the car, and push down on the front corner of the car repeatedly (rocking the corner of the car up and down (Rock it up and down Hard) If you hear the popping noise your ball joints need to be replaced. If these tests don't work but you still get the popping noise when you drive, take the car to a mechanic. Popping noises from the front end of a car is dangerous. If anything happens up there, you could lose your steering!

Have a roaring in the front end. starts at 25 mph . gets louder the faster you go. changes sound if you turn stearing wheel side to side.

That is the classic sign of a bad wheel bearing. Put the front of the car on jack stands and push-pull on the wheel. Which ever one moves or clunks has the bad wheel bearing. You can also try pushing/pulling from the top and bottom if you can't get movement pushing/pulling in and out.

Front end squeks when turning wheel or pushing down on front fender feels as though the front tire might twist under

Sounds like the lower balljoints are dry. One could try to grease them. But more than likely you'll need to replace them.

2002 f-150 super crew 4x4. Truck has a faint vibration when taking off and turning at the same time. Seems to be coming from the rear. Does not do it when taking off and going straight.

Could just be positrac differential.
Mine positively hops into the air when I take a corner too tight while accelerating.
As long as fluid level is good, I would not worry about it. I think it is normal.
Cars don't have this feature.

A noise coming from front end of my saturn is it my tie rods

The noise you hear could be the tie rod ends or several other front end items. Can you jack up the front end? If so then turn the wheels from side to side with your hands griping the wheel at the 9 and 3 oclock positions. if you feel freeplay or looseness you have to reach arround and place your hand on the outter tie rod end and see if the play is there or the inner tie rod end at the rack. I worked for saturn for a few yaears and we had ALOT of front struts that made a clunking sound over bumps. Don't forget the lower ball joints could be bad also. Check these by placing your hand on the bottom of the wheel and pushing and pulling on the wheel with it off the ground while checking the tie rod ends. Good Luck, Scott

Clunk noise from front left suspension

My guess is a strut bushing/bearing, but have your front end checked out by good shop to make sure it isn't something else more dangerous.
