Its your fuel regulator its saying no voltage or open circuit .
I would check the connecter mabey test for voltage at the connecter .It won't be 12 V but it should have voltage noramly about 5 V Dc.
Sounds like a bad connection at the connector

What do p1000&p1151 codes mean & how do i fix them?

If your vehicle is a Ford the P1000 means emission system diagnostic is not ready, & P1151 means you have an emission system problem. You will need to determine and fix the problem causing the P1151 before the P1000 code will clear. The P1000 code requires several driving/operating conditions be met before it will clear.

I have a 06 Ford F-150 4X4 that has codes po731, po732, and p1000, which is sluggish on acceleration and has no overdrive. Any ideas?

The po700 codes are transmission related ( turbine codes ) if I recall. Usually the tranny control module will put the tranny in 2nd gear which will give you the sluggish feeling. I would suggest having a tranny pro look into this and isolate the problem for you

My car won't start and is showing a p1000 code . What does this mean?

P1000 is a manufacturer specific fault code:

Ford P1000: OBDII Monitor Testing Not Complete.
Jaguar P1000: Engine control module (ECM) - internal error.
Kia P1000: System diagnosis incomplete.
Land Rover P1000: Engine control module (ECM) memory erased - no codes stored.
Mazda P1000: OBDII Drive Cycle Malfunction.

So depending on the manufacturer of your car would depend on the meaning of a P1000 code!

My check engin light came on the codes came up as po133, p1000 what do i do to fix my car is a 1998 ford windstar?

A code P0133 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
  • The oxygen sensor is faulty
  • The wiring to the sensor is broken / frayed
  • There is an exhaust leak
the problem is more than likely the front Bank 1 oxygen sensor. You will likely wind up replacing it but you should also consider these possible solutions:
  • Check and fix any exhaust leaks
  • Check for wiring problems (shorted, frayed wires)
  • Check the frequency and amplitude of the oxygen sensor (advanced)
  • Check for a deteriorating / contaminated oxygen sensor, replace if necessary
  • Check for inlet air leaks
  • Check the MAF sensor for proper operation
  • code p1000 refers to emission monitors not fully run and requires a couple of drive cycles from cold start to fully warmed drive cycle at different speeds.

P1000 ford

The P1000 DTC code is a manufacturer specific code. In the case of Ford vehicles, it simply means that the OBD-II monitor testing is not complete.to try to erase this code take off your positive battery cable wait for at least 5 mins and reconnect cable

if code comes back do another pcm scan and make sure it completes most parts stores can do a scan for you with no charge ...i.e. advance ,auto zones , oriellys I know do for free

99 ford escort zx2 will turn over but not start p1000 code

P1000 just means drive cycle not complete for emissions testing.

Listen for your fuel pump to run, that might be the issue. If the engine sounds like it is turning over faster than normal, your timing belt is broken.

Ford focus wont start no spark changed coil and crank shaft sensor any ideas had diagnostics done its coming up code p1000 OBDII systems check incomplete its not the timing belt cause i got it checked

sounds like your main computer has gone bad,the error code means it cant read the CPU, buy a used one from the junk yard with a return policy, If that does not get the car running you can return it..It should be located in the lower right side of the dash, behind the glove box

1997 FORD CODE P1000

a p1000 code means that the system has not run all checks since last memory erase. in other words after a code erase this code is set until the car has been driven for 2 drive cycles which is 20 to 25 miles then 20 to 25 miles again.
