Question about Ford F-150
Its your fuel regulator its saying no voltage or open circuit .
I would check the connecter mabey test for voltage at the connecter .It won't be 12 V but it should have voltage noramly about 5 V Dc.
Sounds like a bad connection at the connector

if code comes back do another pcm scan and make sure it completes most parts stores can do a scan for you with no charge ...i.e. advance ,auto zones , oriellys I know do for free
