man that video sorta sucks, letting the girl use the wrong pliers for that hold down nut... use the proper 10mm socket and ratchet!

as long as you follow which terminal to remove / replace first, you're good to go (negative cable)

don't bridge the 2 terminals with your wrench or you'll blow a fuse or worse!

i'll limit to 3 videos here, there are hundreds or thousands of similar videos

Mitsubishi galant won't turn over

That is a very broad question that NOBODY can answer accurately over the internet without being able to see the car. (Although many may try to "GUESS") There are literally HUNDREDS of possible malfunctions that can cause your Mitsubishi to not turn over. It could be anything from a simple loose battery cable all the way to a high-dollar problem like a malfunctioning engine control computer.

Stalls when at idle after changing battery

When you changed the battery the computer must re-learn the setting again. If it continues have a OBD II reader plugged in and check for codes.

Mitsubishi lancer glx 2003 battery discharge

If you disconnect the ground terminal of the battery can you see any sparks if you touch cable to the - terminal?

If you can, go to the fuse panel by the drivers left knee and remove the fuses one at a time. Each time you remove a fuse touch the battery cable to the - terminal and see if you have a spark.
Doing this will enable you to find the circuit that is drawing the current from the battery.

Hope this helps Good Luck Loringh PS Please leave a rating thks
