Question about 2005 Dodge Caravan
Sounds like blower motor fan for heat, the motor itself can be going bad or something is hitting fan blade inside heater box, I have seen all different things in heater boxes including acorns , leaves and general debris causing noises when fan for heater runs, you need to take it apart and check for anything that might be hitting fan if not motor is going bad and needs replacement, good luck.
